PURPOSE OF THE JOBDevelop and support solutions for automation using technologies and manage projects in the live environment.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDesign, Develop & Implement ServiceNow solutions for Governance, Risk, Compliance (GRC) and Integrated Risk Management (IRM) processes, ServiceNow implementer.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutionsDevelop custom scripts, workflows and integrations to enhance the functionality of the GRC / IRM moduleProvide support and ongoing maintenance for ServiceNow applications in GRC / IRM module / ServiceNow implementation.Stay up-to-date on ServiceNow Best Practices and industry trends to ensure the platform is leveraged effectivelyKnowledge of Out of the Box workflows for Internal Audit in ServiceNowPortal Designs (all types) in ServiceNow, Workspace customization and variants of the same.Reporting & Dashboarding using Performance Analytics capability to build complex dashboards with Balanced Scorecard approach.REQUIREMENTSEducational QualificationsKey SkillsAt least a Bachelor of Science / Computer Science / Engineering backgroundExperience in ServiceNow Development & implementationExcellent communication and team collaboration skillsBachelors on Computer Science or equivalentStrong technical & analytical skillsAgility/drive/attitude to keep learning and upskilling in the new areas of Digital TechnologiesShould be service-oriented and able to develop an excellent rapport with users/function analyst and other teams.Preferred RequirementsAt least two full cycles of implementations.ServiceNow Application Developer / IRM / GRC /Implementer Certification.Experience RequiredAt least 3-7 years of working experience in relevant field or related fieldMajor StakeholdersZonal Heads, Team Leads and Staff of Internal Audit DepartmentOther StakeholdersIT / BSG / Digital Banking / Digital Analytics / ISG / allied units / departments
