Informatica MDM Developer

Experience: 5 to 10 years

Location: Chennai/Bangalore/Hyderabad

Notice Period: Immediate to 7 days

Job Description:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an Informatica MDM Developer with proven experience in production support within an Informatica MDM environment.

Technology Requirements

  • Informatica MDM On premise 10.4 HF
  • Informatica Data Quality On premise
  • Informatica IDMC (cloud) – IICS for Data integration
  • Preferable - HCP, Supplier, Customer Master data domains experience.
  • Web services

Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely resolution for production issues related to Informatica MDM.
  • Analyse and troubleshoot MDM related issues, including data discrepancies, performance bottlenecks, and system errors.
  • Work on incident management, problem management, and root cause analysis for production incidents.
  • Support daily MDM operations, including data loads, match/merge processes, and batch job execution.
  • Develop and maintain MDM mappings, workflows, and other related components using Informatica tools.
  • Implement changes and enhancements to MDM components as per business requirements.
  • Conduct performance tuning of MDM components and resolve any performance related issues.
  • Implement and monitor data quality rules to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of master data.
  • Address data related issues such as duplicates, missing information, and incorrect data formats.
  • Generate and analyse reports related to MDM performance, data quality, and issue resolution.
  • Document incident resolution steps and contribute to a knowledge base for future reference.
