Role Overview

The Junior Analyst will work closely with senior financial advisors and the analysts, providing paraplanning and wealth management support. This role is ideal for candidates with up to 5 years of experience working with financial advisors in life insurance and investment management. The successful candidate will assist in preparing review and recommendation reports, conducting investment research, providing technical expertise with financial products, and ensuring seamless client service. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in financial planning and investment analysis, supporting advisors in crafting tailored client solutions.
  • Conduct portfolio analysis and asset allocation reviews with a global investment perspective.
  • Research and analyze life insurance products, ensuring alignment with client financial goals.
  • Support the preparation of investment proposals, insurance policy comparisons, and financial reports.
  • Assist in compliance and due diligence processes, ensuring regulatory adherence.
  • Coordinate with advisors to prepare client presentations, policy summaries, and investment insights.
  • Manage and maintain client data, documentation, templates, and financial models to support decision-making.
  • Actively identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements that lead to better client outcomes.
  • Work well under pressure and execute solutions in high-stakes situations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Professional Certifications (Preferred): CFA Level 1, CFP, or equivalent financial qualifications.
  • Experience: 1-5 years working with financial advisors specializing in life insurance and portfolio management.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of global investment products, asset allocation, and financial planning tools.
  • Analytical Abilities: Proficiency in financial modeling, research, product comparisons, and portfolio analysis.
  • Software Proficiency: Experience with MS Excel, financial planning software, and CRM tools.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Resilience & Adaptability: Comfortable with high-pressure situations and excels in a dynamic, results-driven setting.
