- Experience with 2 or more of the of the following areas: Windows (including Active Directory), VMWare, Patching
- Working knowledge of several other areas both within the server infrastructure area and its adjacent technologies including network and storage
- Working with managed service and offshore teams
- Remotely supporting an enterprise with more than 500 connected sites is a plus
- Experience working in a complex technical environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Maintains regular and reliable levels of attendance
- All certifications are not required. Certifications in multiple disciplines are considered a plus.
