Role Summary:

As an Application Architecture Enterprise Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of architecture for our customer-facing systems. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our applications are scalable, secure, and aligned with our business objectives. Your expertise will guide the development of high-performing, resilient, and intuitive applications that exceed our customers' expectations

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and implement architectural strategies for customer-facing applications, focusing on scalability, security, and user experience.

- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements and translate them into architectural solutions.

- Lead the evaluation and selection of technologies and frameworks to best meet the needs of our customer-facing systems.

- Guide and mentor development teams in best practices, design patterns, and technologies to implement the architecture.

- Oversee the performance and scalability of customer-facing applications, ensuring they meet the highest standards of reliability and user experience.

- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, assessing their applicability to our goals and incorporating them into our architectural roadmap.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in cybersecurity.

- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and alignment on project objectives and progress.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 8+ years of experience in software development and architecture, with a focus on customer-facing applications.

- Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable, high-availability application architectures.

- Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and experience with SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS models.

- Expertise in modern architectural patterns (e.g., microservices, serverless) and frameworks.

- Experience with DevOps practices and tools, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.

- Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements relevant to customer-facing applications.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor developers.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
