Job Title :: Salesforce ArchitectLocation :: Bengaluru (Remote)Minimum years of experience :: 10+ YearsTop/Must have Skills:Hands on technical experience Customization of Salesforce platform AI Feature implementaionRole OverviewWe are seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance Salesforce-based solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, integrations (including Salesforce Migration projects), and emerging technologies like Agentic AI and CRM Analytics. You will be instrumental in driving architectural best practices and delivering an integrated Customer 360° view to enable personalized and intelligent customer experiences. Day-to-Day Architectural Activities:Lead and participate in solution architecture discussions across multiple Salesforce clouds.Define scalable architecture patterns and best practices for Salesforce implementation and integration.Collaborate with stakeholders (IT, business, developers, admins) to ensure architecture alignment with business objectives.Conduct technical design sessions, architect and document solutions, and present the architectural approaches to clients.Oversee governance and design reviews to ensure adherence to standards.
