We are seeking an experienced Labware LIMS Architect to design, implement, and maintain our laboratory information management system (LIMS) infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the scalability, security, and efficiency of the LIMS, aligning with business requirements and industry standards.

*Key Responsibilities: *

*Architectural Tasks:*

1. Design and implement labware architecture, including system integrations and interfaces.

2. Develop and maintain labware infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network components.

3. Ensure scalability, performance, and high availability of the LIMS.

4. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize LIMS-related projects.

*Technical Tasks:*

1. Configure and customize LIMS workflows, screens, and reports.

2. Develop and maintain integrations with instruments, equipment, and other laboratory systems.

3. Implement data migration and integration strategies.

4. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

*Strategic Tasks:*

1. Develop and maintain LIMS roadmap, aligning with business objectives.

2. Conduct gap analyses and feasibility studies for new LIMS features.

3. Collaborate with laboratory staff to identify opportunities for process improvement.

4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

*Leadership Tasks:*

1. Lead cross-functional teams to implement Labware projects.

2. Mentor junior staff members in Labware architecture and design.

3. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture.

4. Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

*Requirements: *

*Education: *

-BE or bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Life Sciences, or related field.

*Experience: *

- 8+ years of experience with Labware LIMS systems.

- Experience in laboratory settings, preferably in an analytical or research laboratory.

*Skills: *

- Strong knowledge of Labware architecture, design, and implementation.

- Proficiency in SQL, database management, and data analysis.

- Experience with laboratory instrumentation and equipment integration.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Familiarity with regulatory requirements (e.g., GLP, GMP, HIPAA).

- Strong understanding of IT principles, including security, networking, and cloud computing.
