As a Client Servicing Executive in Alliance , your primary responsibility is to ensure smooth communication between clients and the agency while delivering exceptional service. Your role is critical in maintaining client satisfaction, retaining business, and ensuring the agency delivers high-quality recruitment services on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their staffing needs are understood and met.
- Develop and nurture strong client relationships, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
- Conduct regular meetings and follow-ups with clients to gather feedback and address any concerns.
- Manage client expectations by providing clear timelines, updates, and progress reports.
- Understanding Client Needs:
- Conduct thorough discussions with clients to understand job descriptions, qualifications, and any specific requirements for open positions.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to align with client goals and ensure timely and accurate placements.
- Offer consultation on workforce planning, recruitment strategies, and talent acquisition best practices.
- Project Coordination:
- Coordinate with internal teams, including recruitment, payroll, and compliance, to deliver seamless staffing solutions.
- Ensure that all necessary documentation and processes are completed in accordance with client agreements and agency standards.
- Track progress of staffing assignments and placements to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Client Satisfaction and Retention:
- Address any client issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive resolution.
- Monitor and report on client satisfaction metrics and suggest improvements where needed.
- Work closely with clients to identify potential areas for additional services or cross-sell other staffing solutions.
- Business Development Support:
- Support the Business Development team by identifying new opportunities with existing clients.
- Assist in preparing presentations and proposals for client meetings.
- Participate in contract negotiations and renewals as required.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, job orders, and candidate placements.
- Prepare regular reports on client status, job performance, and feedback for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or a similar role in the staffing or recruitment industry.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with recruitment processes and staffing solutions is preferred.
