Job Description: Female Nurse for Elderly Care
Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced female nurse to provide dedicated care for an elderly woman with diabetes, high blood pressure, and amnesia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and monitoring the health conditions of the elderly woman, ensuring she receives the best possible care and support in her daily activities. The nurse will be provided with free accommodation and meals at the residence, in addition to a monthly salary.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage the elderly woman's health conditions, including diabetes, blood pressure, and amnesia.
Administer medications as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
Conduct regular health assessments and report any changes in the patient's condition to the healthcare provider.
Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of care provided.
Educate the patient and her family about managing health conditions and following prescribed treatments.
Ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for the elderly woman.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in elderly care, particularly with patients managing diabetes, high blood pressure, and amnesia.
Excellent knowledge of elderly care best practices and medical protocols.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate, patient, and empathetic with a strong dedication to providing quality care.
