Our client is an early-stage B2B, AI-powered marketplace connecting brands with surplus inventory to high-quality bulk buyers worldwide. Focused on reducing waste and protecting brand value, the team is building agentic systems to streamline global trade, including deal evaluation, buyer research, and compliance automation. Some interesting projects include - Deal evaluation AI, buyer research & shopping assistant, compliance automation for trade.About the Role: Software Engineer - Full Stack (Python, React, Next.js)Role Overview:We are looking for a seasoned Software Developer with a strong background in building and shipping products. You will be building AI systems and technology supporting the marketplace using modern web technologies like Nextjs, React, Typescript and Python for backend. Key Responsibilities:Work closely with the Founders and Product team to define the technical requirementsThink in first principle about problems in streamlining B2B transactions and using technology and AI to automate themTake end to end ownership of building, shipping and maintaining applicationsDesign and implement robust backend services and APIs using Python and FlaskBe an individual contributor, driving key development initiatives and solving complex technical challengesMentor and guide junior developers, helping them grow and fostering a culture of continuous learningPower user of AI tools, and thinks about product & ops workflows when buildingQualifications:4+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on shipping productsExpertise in Next.js, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Python, and FlaskStrong understanding of best practices in software development, including design patterns and architectureExperience in building agentic systems with OpenAI, Anthropic SDKsProblem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environmentPassionate about building products and taking end to end ownershipGood understanding of data structures and algorithmsIf this role resonates with your experience and aspirations, please apply with your updated resume and we’d be happy to discuss further.
