Your Role

Mandatory Domain Skills:

● Should have deep understanding of Domestic & International Logistics

● PAN India Logistics Service providers - strong relations with them

● Transportation models - least cost routing concepts

● Cost models & benchmark trip rates across India

● Optimal utilization and mapping of vehicle type / load types

● Proficient and hands on experience in using in Transport Management

Systems (TMS) and automation tools

● Strong contracting & performance monitoring skills

Procurement Skills:

● Excellent procurement domain knowledge & experience on negotiation

strategies, cost drivers and TCO concepts.

● Excellent execution speed - time sensitive to user requests.

● Adherence to process governance and procurement policies

● Strong analytical skills especially on spend analysis, vendor performance,

market analysis.

● Define, negotiate, and manage supplier relationships to deliver breakthrough

performance in cost, service and quality.

We are looking for

● 12-14 years of proven experience in the Supply Chain and Logistics domain.

● Engineering Graduate or Graduate with Postgraduate qualifications in Supply

Chain preferable.

● Experience in FMCG, ECommerce, QCommerce and /or retail industries

preferrable.
