Job Title: Information Security Consultant (Senior)Location: Indore / Pune / Chennai (Onsite preferred)Experience: 8+ YearsPosition Type: Full-timeUrgency: Immediate Requirement (Senior) About the JobWe are seeking an experienced Information Security Consultant who can support internal teams by implementing security controls, closing audit gaps, and driving compliance across IT processes. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on expertise in Information Security practices not just audit exposure and should be able to work closely with distributed teams across India, Germany, and Malaysia.Skills Mandatory Skills: Strong hands-on experience in Information Security implementations, including: Access Management, Change Management, Privileged Access Management, Identity & Access GovernanceExcellent communication and coordination skills to work with global teams.Experience working on closing audit-identified gaps and ensuring remediation.Knowledge of ITIL, ISO 27001, SOC 2 or other security standards.Strong capability to work with cross-functional IT teams to “get things done.”Good-to-HaveUnderstanding of SAP Security or SAP control environments.Experience supporting internal/external audits.Knowledge of GRC tools such as ServiceNow, Archer, etc.Job DescriptionImplement and support Information Security controls across IT processes.Work closely with teams in India, Germany & Malaysia to drive compliance activities.Ensure timely closure of audit gaps, including evidence gathering and validation.Support Access Management, Change Management, and Privileged Access Management operations.Coordinate with multiple IT teams to ensure process adherence.Review, validate, and strengthen IT internal controls.Support senior stakeholders with security readiness activities.Prepare documentation, process reports, and compliance dashboards.Mentor and guide upcoming junior resources (who will join in January 2026).Key ResponsibilitiesHands-on implementation of Information Security controls.Ensuring closure of audit findings raised by internal/external teams.Collaborate with global stakeholders for alignment and process standardization.Track remediation progress and ensure completion within timelines.Provide subject matter expertise (SME) support to IT teams where needed.Support process improvements and automation opportunities in security operations.Qualifications & CertificationsRequiredBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.8+ years of hands-on Information Security experience.Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and Information Security frameworks.PreferredISO 27001 Lead ImplementerITIL FoundationCISA / CRISC / CISSP (added advantage)Any certification in access governance or security operationsAbout InfoBeansInfoBeans is a fast-growing digital transformation and product engineering company, focused on delivering quality, innovation, and delightful experiences.
