Position Overview:

We are looking for an ideal candidate with extensive knowledge of HR practices and trends, experience in working with HR-related data and software, and the ability to communicate effectively. This role involves working simultaneously adding multiple projects simultaneously and demonstrating a good understanding of HR Vertical. The ideal candidate should possess strong skills in Excel and data analysis software.


Responsibilities:


Collect, compile, and analyse HR data, metrics, and statistics, and apply this data to make appropriate dashboards.

Monthly/weekly reporting data as required. Prepare HR reports – excel, presentations, and communications for internal and external stakeholders. Proficient in data analysis software such as Excel, Power BI

Develop and maintain databases and reporting tools to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Conduct data analysis to identify successful HR practices and provide suggestions for improvement.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis


Qualifications:


Graduate in any stream.


Experience/ Skills required:

  • Business acumen is an essential skill for end-to-end analytics.
  • Analytical Skills
  • Experience on Power BI, excel, PPT is mandatory.
  • Verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with HR business partners and leaders.
  • To handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Attention to detail and a strong drive to use data to answer business questions.
