Key Responsibilities
  • Test Planning & Execution:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for our SaaS CRM platform.
  • Conduct various testing types including functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
  • Issue Identification & Resolution:
  • Identify, document, and track defects using industry-standard tools.
  • Collaborate closely with development and product teams to resolve issues effectively and ensure timely fixes.
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure that all aspects of the SaaS CRM product meet business and technical requirements.
  • Participate in requirement reviews and provide actionable feedback on usability and functionality.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and testing frameworks.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and generate test reports to support product quality initiatives.
  • Collaboration & Communication:
  • Work in an Agile environment, actively engaging with cross-functional teams.
  • Communicate test results, risks, and issues clearly to stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience:
  • 1.5 to 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance testing, with a strong focus on SaaS products, preferably CRM systems.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in writing and executing detailed test cases and scripts.
  • Familiarity with automation testing tools and frameworks is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of SaaS architectures and CRM functionalities.
  • Analytical Abilities:
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to analyze and diagnose complex issues.
  • Communication:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Educational Background:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
