Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced MICE Manager & Sr Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing international logistics of events, ensuring high standards of service and client satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


Key Responsibilities:


* Planning & Coordination of International Logistics:

 - Develop and execute comprehensive plans for meetings, conferences, and exhibitions.

 - Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and objectives for each event.

 - Manage logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodation.


* Client Relationship Management

 - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals and preferences.

 - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the event planning process.

 - Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback to improve future events.


* Budget Management:

 - Prepare and manage logistics budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality standards.

 - Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and venues.


* Team Leadership:

 - Lead and mentor a team of event coordinators and support staff.

 - Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.


* Marketing and Promotion:

 - Collaborate with the marketing team to promote MICE offerings and generate leads.

 - Attend industry trade shows and networking events to build brand awareness.


* Industry Research and Trends:

 - Stay updated on MICE industry trends and best practices to ensure innovative and competitive offerings.

 - Identify new opportunities for MICE business growth.


Qualifications:


- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.

- Minimum 5-8 years of experience for manager level & upto 3 years of experience for Sr executive profile, in MICE planning and management within the travel industry.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Willingness to travel as needed.
