Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our team on a contract basis for a duration of 2 months. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, improving, and maintaining high-quality documentation for our technical, automation software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop a range of content, including user guides, how-to articles, technical references (API), concepts, case studies, white papers, training material, and curated training videos.
- Collaborate closely with the platform team to document new features and enhance existing content.
- Conceptualize, plan, and write high-quality technical content that is easy to understand for diverse audiences.
- Identify and execute opportunities to improve content quality, usability, and delivery methods.
- Understand customer requirements through internal and external communications to produce innovative and relevant content.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Technical Writer in a technical or automation software environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of English.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies, tools, and processes.
- Extraordinary attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Basic understanding of Software Development Processes, SaaS, and cloud technologies.
