Job Title : Sales Account Specialist - MCS
Location : Kolkata
Territory : Chattisgarh, Bihar, Jharkand, WestBengal
Objective : To strengthen and drive business in assigned region and manage Large Corporate / Trade & Government Accounts of given region.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Science or MBA
At least 3-8 years of experience in a sales environment (Capital medical equipment, Surgical space, OT experience preferred)
Should have worked in the medical equipment / Capital equipment space of Neurosurgery / ENT.
Experience of sales in above mentioned Territory
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently with a strong sense of urgency, responsibility & accountability.
Strong customer focus and excellent presentation skills.
Responsibilities :
1) Works with Large Govt Accounts & Key Corporate Accounts.
2) Area sales management through channel partners.
3) Build strong relationship with customers and stake holders like director of the institute, procurement, purchase, admin, biomedical etc. apart from the clinical stake holders.
4) Responsible for the key account’s forecasting and sales tracking.
5) Take full responsibility for local events, i.e; in the organization for sales / product meetings, trainings and outside organization for workshops, conferences etc.
6) Collect, consolidate & prepare sales, marketing updates and reports for the management.
7) Review sales performance and current projects with field sales on an on-going basis in discussion with the reporting manager.
