With a strong emphasis on digital marketing and social media, we seek a highly skilled Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and oversee our YouTube channels.


Position Overview: As the Manager of Digital Marketing and Social Media, you will play a key role in developing and executing our digital marketing strategies, with a particular focus on YouTube. You will be responsible for maximizing our online presence, driving engagement, and increasing brand awareness through various digital platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing techniques, and social media trends, and a passion for delivering exceptional content.

 

Responsibilities


Drive Conversions with Paid Advertising:


Develop and manage multi-platform ad campaigns: Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads & Instagram Ads. Focus on reaching target audiences and maximizing conversions.


Optimize campaigns for performance: Implement A/B testing and continuous bid adjustments to deliver the best ROI and conversion rates.


Targeted outreach: Conduct research to identify ideal B2B & B2C leads and precisely target them on relevant platforms.


Data-Driven Management:


Manage budgets and ad creatives: Ensure effective use of resources and compelling messaging across campaigns.


Maintain lead databases: Keep them current and accurate for successful lead nurturing.


Metrics analysis: Track performance across all channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.) and analyze data to optimize strategies for maximum conversions.


Industry trends and platform updates: Continuously stay informed to leverage the latest advancements and maintain a competitive edge.

Data-driven insights: Utilize Google Analytics to identify data-driven channels and opportunities for improvement.

 

Digital Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and target audience.
  • Identify new opportunities for growth, expansion, and improved brand visibility across various digital channels.
  • Monitor industry trends and stay updated on emerging digital marketing techniques and tools.


Performance Marketing

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various digital platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels, for both B2B and B2C campaigns targeting global and local markets.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to create targeted and effective performance marketing strategies, focusing on getting more leads and driving higher conversions for both B2B and B2C segments.
  • Manage budgets effectively and allocate resources to different performance marketing channels based on performance and potential, with a focus on achieving lead generation and conversion goals.


YouTube Channel Management

  • Oversee the management, growth, and optimization of our YouTube channels.
  • Develop and execute content strategies to engage and expand our YouTube audience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, content creators, and influencers to produce high-quality and engaging video content.
  • Optimize video metadata, tags, thumbnails, and descriptions to improve search rankings and click-through rates.
  • Track and analyze channel performance, audience behaviour, and key metrics to refine strategies and drive growth.
  • Stay informed about YouTube policies, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize channel performance.

 

Social Media Management

  • Develop and implement social media strategies across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Create engaging social media content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
  • Monitor and respond to user comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms.
  • Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement.

 

Content Creation and Coordination

  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling digital content that aligns with the brand's voice and messaging.
  • Coordinate content creation schedules, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Optimize content for search engines and social media platforms to maximize visibility and engagement.

 

Analytics and Reporting

  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing campaigns, website traffic, and social media performance using analytics tools.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to management, highlighting key performance indicators, trends, and areas of opportunity.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies, improve ROI, and drive continuous improvement.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and YouTube channel optimization.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, SEO, social media trends, and analytics.
  • Experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including content management systems, social media scheduling tools, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various digital channels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinking and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends.
