We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to join our team. As a SuccessFactors Employee Central Specialist with RBP (Role-Based Permissions) knowledge, consultants are responsible for implementing and maintaining the Employee Central module, with a specific focus on configuring and managing RBP. Their deep understanding of RBP will also enable them provide guidance and support to HR and IT teams on best practices for maintaining RBP configurations and troubleshooting any RBP-related issues. This may involve conducting training sessions, creating documentation, and actively participating in system enhancement projects to continuously optimize the RBP framework and ensure its effectiveness.
Duties and responsibilities
• Act as a subject matter expert in SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Role-Based Permissions (RBP) modules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement best practices for EC and RBP processes.
• Configure and maintain EC and RBP workflows, permission settings, and data visibility to ensure accurate and secure HR data management.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve incidents related to EC and RBP modules.
• Train end-users on the effective use of EC and RBP modules to optimize HR processes and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet project deadlines.
• Stay updated with the latest releases and enhancements of SuccessFactors EC and RBP modules, and industry trends related to HR systems and data security
• Assist in the implementation and integration of Employee Central with other HR systems and modules.
• Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution related to the Employee Central module.
• Maintain and update employee data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Develop and deliver training materials and resources to support the adoption and utilization of Employee Central.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest SuccessFactors releases, enhancements, and best practices related to Employee Central.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements or optimizations as needed.
• Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to resolve any system integration or technical issues.
• Participate in the testing and validation of system updates, enhancements, and new releases.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies related to HR systems and processes
Qualification, Experience, Technical and Functional Skills
Must Have:
• Minimum 8 Years IT experience.
• Minimum 4 Years of SAP SuccessFactors experience.
• SuccessFactors consulting experience is mandatory.
• Candidate should have SuccessFactors certification.
• Should be expert in SuccessFactors Employee Central module.
• Experience working with international clients at onsite locations.
• Candidates should have in-depth knowledge in HR processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Must be B.Tech/BE/MCA graduates.
• Should have consistent academic record of >75% aggregate.
• Strong customer orientation and excellent communication, presentation and conflict resolution skills
• High flexibility and willingness to deal with complex / multiple needs.
• Very independent, responsible and careful way of working
• Strong commitment, initiative and exceptional strength
• Cultural sensitivity in order to fit into a multinational project setup
Good to Have:
• Experience in Time&Attendance Module
• Experience in EC Payroll Module
• Experience in Data Loader, Org Manager, Document Composer Tools
• Experience in system integrations, data migrations, and data security
Key Competencies
Subject Matter Expertise: Possess extensive knowledge and expertise in SuccessFactors EC module. Able to provide guidance, support, and best practices to stakeholders.
Technical Support and Troubleshooting: Ability to provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve incidents related to SuccessFactors EC Module. Strong problem-solving skills to identify and rectify system-related issues.
Agile Delivery Experience: Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and experience in delivering projects using Agile practices.
