The ideal candidate for this position will plan and coordinate a project from start to finish, including organising the schedule of work, monitoring and achieving project program.


Location - Gurgaon, Mumbai and Hyderabad

Experience 20 years. Worked in high rise buildings from reputed contractors firm.


  • Analyse, manage and mitigate risks
  • Ensure to use proper construction technique.
  • Plan the work and mobilize all required resource inline with program .
  • Manage the construction site on a day-to-day basis, including supervising the labour force, monitoring subcontractors, inspecting work and overseeing quality control.
  • Ensure the project is delivered on time and on budget by setting benchmarks, agreeing budgets and monitoring progress
  • Coordinating with design team and ensuring all required engineering details are available to achieve the planned works.
  • Coordinate with architects, surveyors and Engineers and ensure timely approval.
  • Promote and maintain health and safety, including site inspections to ensure safety standards are followed.
  • Ensure quality construction standards are followed and works are performed inline with project specification.
  • Maintain regular communication with Engineer and ensure all project requirements, inspection, approvals are obtained in timely manner.
  • Communicate with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and others involved in the project.
  • Identify, mitigate, and track recurring construction issues.
