About the Company: Our Client Company is EOT Crane Manufacturing Industry

About the Role: Huge Openings with our Client EOT Crane Manufacturing company looking for Welding Engineer professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare WPS, PQR as per ASME / EN standard
  • Welder Qualification As per AWS & EN standard
  • Daily monitoring in process Welding activity for weld Quality
  • Practical shop floor experience for Weld process & Performance Qualification
  • Practically shop floor experience Weld defect elimination by working on welder & process
  • Regular Welder awareness Training
  • Periodic Welder Test piece qualification
  • Root Cause analysis of the welding issue
  • Maintain Export Quality standard on manufactured part as per ASME & EN standard
  • Handling foreign guest related to welding activity
  • Experience of heavy Fabrication & Machining
  • Good indeapth knowledge of fabrication / machining Drawing Reading
  • Control & monitoring on the quality of every Stage Inspection As per QAP
  • Customer Complaint handling & CAPA
  • Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Poka-yoke implementation
  • Certification =NDT LEVEL -II certification in VT,RT, UT, PT, MPT must

Qualifications: Education details - BE / Diploma Mechanical /Automobile

Required Skills:

  • Certified Welding Engineer
  • International Welding Engineer (IWE)
  • CSWIP 3.1

Preferred Skills: Certification (Not Necessary but having Any Certification will be Preferred)

Pay range and compensation package: Salary – upto 6.5 Lpa
