KPMG Resource Centre (KRC) is a team of 3,000+ colleagues serving audit clients of primarily KPMG Europe and a few other countries. KRC’s services include end-to-end Audits, IT Audits, Data Analytics, Engagement Support Hub, Transaction

Work experience:


5+ years of experience with a Big 4 in a client facing environment working with corporate and/or international clients


We are recruiting Managers in the Audit team. Working as an Manager in this team, your responsibilities will include:


Roles and responsibilities:


•Leading and managing a team of fresh graduates and experienced professionals (including AM’s) working on audits for German Audit practice.

•Managing international clients and leading the audits

•Auditing complex sections of the financial statements of companies as per country specific statutory requirements and International Standards

•Act as main point of contact for onshore departments and build strong relationships with key contacts in Germany

•Work with the senior management and key German contacts to develop business and grow the team

•Make regular contact with Germany to ensure staff are booked to audits and utilized effectively and take feedback on quality of work delivered

•Track key metrics related to type of work performed, quality of deliverables and feedback from onshore

•Develop and deliver training sessions based on the themes identified from onshore feedback and quality reviews

•Maintaining the data confidentiality and adherence to the risk management policy by the team members.

•Work with L&D team to identify training needs

•Work with Recruitment team to support hiring needs

•Act as the Performance Manager and lead the career development of team members

•Coach Assistant Managers on performing reviews

•Motivate and develop Assistant Managers/Seniors to be effective team leaders


•In depth knowledge of external/statutory audits and audit methodology as per Standards on Auditing

•Understanding of international GAAP, IFRS and Internal controls over Financial reporting.

•Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

•Proficiency/Working knowledge of Adobe Professional would be an added advantage
