Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Business Analyst located in Hyderabad. The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for performing business analysis, defining business requirements, and improving business processes. The Senior Business Analyst will work closely with clients and stakeholders to elicit and manage requirements, and communicate effectively with technical teams.


Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex problems and data sets, and identify solutions.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, stakeholders, and technical team members.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies is a plus.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Understanding the business needs and implementing various strategies for gathering requirements from stakeholders.
  • Analyze, simplify, translate and manage the requirements.
  • Develop Business cases and System capabilities.
  • Experience in develop conceptual prototypes and mock-ups in collaboration with developers
  • Experience in driving the design for the mock-ups following the brand guidelines.
  • Suggest changes to stake holders using Illustrations, constraints, analytics to support the recommendations.
  • Understand the system capabilities, architecture and system engineering concepts.
  • Creating detailed User Requirement Specifications, Functional specifications and design documents.
  • Creating project milestones and phases
  • Facilitating and driving the design with the development team to define the best solution.
  • Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews
  • Publishing progress reports to higher management and stake holders
  • Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills
  • Designing model diagrams and high level diagrams based on Architectural level, Interface level, Component level and deployment level.
  • Preparing an End to End project Life cycle documentation.
  • Preparing and executing the test scripts.
