Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Student Onboarding Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new students, guiding them through the process, and helping them get started with our educational platform. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to provide exceptional support to students.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Student Onboarding:

- Guide students through the onboarding process, including account setup, course selection, and platform navigation.

- Ensure that all necessary information's are collected and verified.


2. Communication:

- Act as the primary point of contact for new students, addressing their questions and concerns promptly.

- Provide clear and concise information about courses, schedules, and platform features.

- Conduct welcome calls and orientation sessions to familiarize students with the platform.


3. Support:

- Assist students with technical issues related to platform access, course materials, and other resources.

- Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve any platform-related issues quickly.

- Monitor and respond to student inquiries via email, chat, and phone.


4. Student Engagement:

- Encourage student participation and engagement by sharing tips, resources, and best practices.

- Track student progress during the initial stages and offer additional support if needed.


5. Feedback and Improvement:

- Collect feedback from students about their onboarding experience and identify areas for improvement.

- Work with the product and operations teams to enhance the onboarding process based on student feedback.


Qualifications:


- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communication, Business, or a related field.

- Previous experience in customer service, student support, or onboarding in an educational setting is preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

- Proficiency in using CRM systems, MS Office, and online communication tools.

- A passion for education and helping students succeed.
