Job Purpose -


Centre for Learning and Teaching Excellence is a new initiative at ISB dedicated to empowering faculty. It aims to deliver on the ISB’s commitment to continuous improvement and position itself as a leader in innovative business education.


The successful candidate will independently handle the

(a) Administration work of the Centre, including but not limited to contracting, vendor-linked project management, and events/workshops conducted by the Centre, coordinating with IT and other stakeholders to facilitate deployment of new learning technologies as per guidelines

(b) Apply instructional design principles to the testing of pedagogies using varied technologies

(c) Maintain clear communication with outsourced development teams, providing regular updates to internal stakeholders and keeping a record of the pilots and their outcomes

A graduate and a keen learner seeking innovation

The person should have good written and spoken English communication.

The person should be comfortable with trying out new tools and technologies

A self-starter who can take ownership of tasks with minimal supervision and is comfortable with multi-tasking.

Keen to learn, experiment and work out of their comfort zone

A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in education or technology-linked roles.


Job Outline -


  1. Administration work of the Centre

Ensuring projects are charged with appropriate costs and reconciliation for invoicing

Ensuring timely payments to vendors

Coordination with team members, SAP team, Finance, and external agency (if any) for timely resolution of budget and expense-related issues

Coordinate with legal teams for contracting.

Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.


2) Apply instructional design principles to the testing of pedagogies using varied technologies

1. Collaborate on the design and development of courses and modules

2. Documenting alignment between learning objectives and the specific pedagogies and technologies employed


3) Maintain clear communication

  1. Prepare reports communicating findings to the Academic Committee, Faculty and academic leadership.
  2. Monitor and report project progress against timelines, budgets, and quality standards

Education - Any Graduate

Specific Skills - Good written and spoken skills.

A Self-starter who can take ownership of tasks with minimal supervision. Comfortable with multi-tasking.

Research orientation and growth mindset
