About this Role:We’re seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Cloud Developer with deep hands-on expertise in building, extending, and integrating applications on the SAP S/4HANA Cloud and SAP BTP ecosystem.You will design and develop custom business logic, OData APIs, CDS Views, and Fiori/UI5 applications to extend standard S/4HANA Cloud functionality across Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain modules.This is a highly technical, development-focused role — ideal for someone who loves coding within the SAP Cloud stack and has a strong command of OData services, RAP, RESTful programming, and API enablement.Core Responsibilities:Design, develop, and deploy custom applications and extensions on SAP S/4HANA Cloud.Build and expose OData APIs and CDS Views for data access, analytics, and integrations.Develop custom business logic, workflows, and validations aligned with S/4HANA best practices.Implement side-by-side and in-app extensions using SAP Business Technology Platform.Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.Ensure high performance, secure coding, and adherence to SAP Clean Core principles.Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize existing code and OData services.Maintain comprehensive documentation and participate in code reviews.Must-Haves:5–8 years of experience in SAP application development, with at least 3 years in SAP S/4HANA Cloud.Strong expertise in RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP) and OData API development.Experience with Core Data Services (CDS), Fiori/UI5, and SAP BTP Extensibility Suite.Hands-on experience working across Finance (FI), MM, SD, or PP modules.Familiarity with SAP API Business Hub, SAP Cloud SDK, and authentication mechanisms (OAuth2, JWT).Understanding of event-driven architecture, CAP, and S/4HANA Cloud Extensibility Model.Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.SAP Certified Development Associate – SAP S/4HANA Cloud or BTP Extensibility certification preferred.
