  • Work with customer middleware team as an Oracle Fusion Architect and is responsible for the design, integration, and implementation of Oracle Fusion Middleware solutions, including Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, and other cloud-based applications.
  • Design, develop, and oversee the overall architecture of the Oracle Fusion applications (ERP, HCM, SCM, etc.), ensuring alignment with the organization’s IT strategy.
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion solutions, ensuring a seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Develop architecture roadmaps for Oracle Fusion cloud implementations, balancing business needs and technical feasibility.
  • Architect and implement integrations between Oracle Fusion applications and third-party systems using Oracle SOA, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), APIs, and other middleware tools.
  • Ensure proper data flow and synchronization between Oracle Fusion modules and legacy systems or external systems such as CRMs, billing systems, etc.
  • Continuously assess system performance and implement strategies to optimize the performance and scalability of Oracle Fusion solutions.
  • Monitor key metrics to ensure the Oracle Fusion environment is operating efficiently and securely.
  • Ensure compliance with security standards and data governance policies, particularly for data protection and privacy.
  • Implement security protocols, including role-based access control (RBAC), encryption, and other necessary security measures within the Oracle Fusion environment.
