Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Shopify Product Analyst at Superkicks. In this role, you will:

  • Manage Shopify as a product with in-depth, hands-on knowledge.
  • Liaise with tech agencies, manage project timelines, and negotiate and maintain tech costs.
  • Create PRDs, attention to detail before skyrocketing the project.
  • Drive end-to-end website integrations, ensuring smooth business operations.
  • Ideate and implement strategies to improve key website metrics such as Add to Cart (ATC) rates, conversion rates, bounce rates, and site speed (UI/UX flows).
  • Initiate and oversee updates to keep the online store current with the latest technology.
  • Serve as a Project Lead, driving projects across multiple teams.


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role, with a specific focus on Shopify.
  • Proven experience in setting up and optimizing online stores.
  • Experience with CRM, OMS, WMS platform integration
  • Strong analytical skills, including data analysis and business analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in product management.
  • Proficiency in the Shopify platform is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
