Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Founding GTM Sales Lead at dot.agent in Bengaluru. As the Founding GTM Sales Lead, you will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with sales, including customer service, sales management, training, and communication. You will play a key role in establishing and growing the sales function for dot.agent.You will be responsible for building and leading our sales team, driving revenue growth, and establishing strong relationships with key customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and prioritize target markets, customer segments, and sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to align sales strategies with overall company objectives.
  • Sales Team Building:
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the sales team.
  • Implement effective sales processes, tools, and metrics to drive performance.
  • Revenue Growth:
  • Drive and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to the executive team.
  • Market Expansion:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a sales leader in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in building and managing a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a results-oriented approach.
