  • Edit and produce short, snappy videos that align with current trends and audience preferences, focusing on high-impact visuals and storytelling.
  • Collaborate with the social media and marketing teams to develop creative concepts and content strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media, video formats, and design techniques to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quick turnaround times and high-quality output.
  • Optimize content for various platforms, considering aspect ratios, durations, and platform-specific requirements.
  • Provide creative input and contribute innovative ideas to enhance our digital content strategy.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing social media and YouTube content, including reels, shorts, and other quick formats.
  • Proficiency in design and video editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop).
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling, quick-editing techniques, and what captures attention on social media.
  • Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to adapt quickly to new trends.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced office environment in Mumbai.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to receive and implement feedback effectively.
  • Familiarity with social media algorithms, content requirements, and best practices for driving engagement.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with motion graphics and creating animated content for social media.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and an understanding of digital marketing strategies.
