Responsibilities:

• Perform on-site visits to assess and evaluate HVAC systems.

• Measure CFM, velocity, static pressure, and power consumption using Instruments such as Multimeter, Clamp meter, anemometer, pressure probes, power analysers etc.

• Troubleshoot HVAC systems, including electrical components.

• Repair and replace defective or malfunctioning parts.

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems.

• Ensure that all work is performed to local code and standards.

• Provide clear and concise reports of all findings.

• Keep accurate records of all work performed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC technician.

• Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical components, and controls.

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to work in a variety of environments, including commercial and industrial sites.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in confined spaces.

• Must be willing to work flexible hours and overtime when necessary.

• Certified HVAC Technician (CHT) or equivalent certification from a recognized institution.
