They pivot strategies as needed, experimenting with new formats, tactics, and platforms to stay ahead of the curve.

Branding

Social media managers are custodians of brand identity, ensuring that all content and interactions align with brand values, guidelines, and aesthetics.

They maintain brand consistency across platforms, reinforcing brand messaging and visual identity to strengthen brand recognition and loyalty.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Act as the main point of contact between the agency and the client
  • Understand client objectives, provide updates on campaign progress, and gather feedback.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships
  • Develop social media strategies and campaigns
  • Create content calendars and oversee content creation.
  • Manage social media platforms and engage with the audience
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports
  • Understand and translate a brief to copy.
  • Plan, write, edit, test, and improve content while applying and maintaining consistency with content brief standards.

Grasp the technology storyboard and nuances.

Drive brand consistency and creative expression of the client's B2B brand

Produce engaging content including posts, videos, GIFs, reels, and carousels.

Ensure content aligns with campaign themes and brand guidelines.

Stay updated with social media trends and incorporate innovative content formats

  • Deliver high quality, original, clear, and credible content on brief and on time while working independently.
  • Researching clients, their competitors, and the target audience
  • Updating and amending campaigns according to feedback
  • Collaborate with client, designers, and other stakeholders to serve a global content audience.


GREAT TO HAVE

Social Media Manager Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing or a relevant field

6+ years of proven work experience as a social media manager

Proficiency in content management

Excellent copywriting skills

Knowledge of online marketing channels

Excellent communication skills

Experience with social media analytics tools


LOCATION

We currently work in a remote hybrid model with offices in Chennai and Bangalore.

TIMINGS

We work on rotational shifts that change depending on the region you are working with and at the discretion of your line manager.
