Job Description: Java Full Stack Developer (React 16+, Spring Boot, REST API, CI/CD, Jenkins, Git) – Telecom DomainPosition: Java Full Stack DeveloperAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React (16+), Spring Boot, REST APIs, CI/CD, Jenkins, and Git, along with hands-on experience in the Telecom domain. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of telecom business processes such as provisioning, activation, billing, OSS/BSS systems, or network-related workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain full-stack web applications using React JS (16+) for frontend and Java/Spring Boot for backend.Design, build, and integrate RESTful APIs to support telecom workflows and business modules.Develop UI components for telecom operations dashboards, service order management, customer portals, etc.Work closely with telecom SMEs to analyze requirements related to OSS/BSS, network inventory, service provisioning, fulfillment, or billing.Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, and other DevOps tools.Ensure application performance and scalability for high-volume telecom applications.Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, Network Teams, Product Owners).Write clean, maintainable code and conduct code reviews.Troubleshoot production issues in telecom applications and optimize system performance.Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical SkillsFrontend:React JS (v16+), JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3Hooks, Redux/Context APIUI frameworks (Material-UI, Bootstrap)Backend:Java 8+, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPAREST API design and integrationMicroservices experience is a plusDevOps & Tools:CI/CD (Jenkins, Git), Maven/GradleVersion control expertiseDatabase:MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or other RDBMSNoSQL experience is a plusTelecom Domain SkillsExperience in Telecom OSS/BSS systemsUnderstanding of telecom business processes such as:Service Provisioning & ActivationOrder ManagementNetwork InventoryCustomer ManagementMediation & Billing (e.g., prepaid/postpaid)Fault/Performance ManagementExposure to platforms like Amdocs, Ericsson, Nokia, NetCracker, or similar telecom systems is preferred.Other RequirementsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsExperience working in Agile/Scrum environment
