Job Title: Full Stack Developer About the Role We are seeking a skilled and passionate Full Stack Developer with 4+ years of experience in designing, building, and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications. In this role, you will work across both frontend and backend systems, contributing to architecture decisions, optimizing performance, and ensuring seamless product delivery. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise in React.js, Node.js, and Go (Golang), along with hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure, DevOps practices, and modern databases. Key Responsibilities ● Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using React.js, Node.js, and Go (Golang). ● Build reusable and maintainable frontend components with React.js, TypeScript, and Next.js.● Create high-performance backend APIs and microservices with Node.js, Go, and Express.js. ● Manage and optimize PostgreSQL databases and Kafka integrations. ● Implement CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and cloud deployments on AWS/GCP using Kubernetes. ● Conduct code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance tuning to ensure code quality and reliability. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system architecture, technical design, and development best practices.● Contribute to React Native mobile app development when required. Must Have● Proficiency in Node.js for backend development. ● Experience with React for building modern web interfaces. ● Basic understanding of Go (Golang) for backend service development. ● Familiarity with GraphQL and Apollo Client/Server for API interactions. ● Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL for database management and queries.● Good grasp of TypeScript and JavaScript for full-stack development. ● Experience writing tests using Jest, Cypress, or Testing Library. Good to Have ● Exposure to React Native for mobile app development. ● Understanding of Next.js and NestJS frameworks. ● Basic knowledge of Kafka and event-driven systems. ● Awareness of Temporal for workflow management. ● Experience using Docker for local setup and deployment. ● Knowledge of Redis for caching and performance improvement. ● Familiarity with DataDog for monitoring and observability.
