As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will work on both internal company projects and client projects, contributing to the success of diverse campaigns and strategies.


Key Responsibilities:


Social Media Management:


  • Manage and elevate social media presence on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram (for internal and client projects).
  • Create compelling and shareable content (written, graphics & video) to enhance brand visibility.
  • Engage with the online community and respond to comments and inquiries.


Ad Management:


  • Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads and social media.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and stay updated on industry trends.


Lead Generation:


  • Implement lead generation strategies to attract and convert prospects into clients.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to nurture leads through the sales funnel.


Skills Required:


  • Proficient in using advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
  • Strong understanding of social media best practices and trends.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in generating qualified leads through digital avenues.
  • Experience in conducting research to identify potential clients.
  • Experience in CRM - Maintaining and effectively utilizing customer data to chart prospective clients.
  • Email marketing via targeted newsletters.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft 365.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Ambitious, focused, and result-oriented.


Required Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on ad management, social media, and lead generation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Service consultancy sector experience is a must.
  • Experience in the Digital Media Agency is an asset.
  • Experience in the legal and immigration industry is considered an asset.
