Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Web Developer with a specialization in WordPress to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in web development, particularly in WordPress development, and demonstrate a passion for creating exceptional websites that are both visually appealing and highly functional. As a Senior Web Developer, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and maintenance of our WordPress-based projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.


Responsibilities:


  • WordPress Development: Lead the development of WordPress-based websites from concept to completion, ensuring high performance, security, and usability.
  • Custom Theme Development: Develop custom WordPress themes based on client requirements, utilizing best practices in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
  • Plugin Integration and Customization: Integrate and customize WordPress plugins to extend functionality and meet project requirements.
  • Responsive Design Implementation: Ensure websites are fully responsive across all devices and browsers, providing an optimal user experience.
  • Performance Optimization: Implement performance optimization techniques to enhance website speed and efficiency, including caching, asset minification, and server-side optimizations.
  • Cross-browser Compatibility Testing: Conduct thorough testing to ensure websites function flawlessly across various browsers and devices.
  • Code Review and Quality Assurance: Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and project requirements. Conduct comprehensive quality assurance testing to identify and resolve any issues or bugs.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other team members to translate project requirements into actionable development tasks. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and solicit feedback.
  • Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for WordPress projects, including system architecture, code documentation, and deployment procedures.
  • Stay Updated with Latest Trends: Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in WordPress development and web development in general. Proactively share knowledge and insights with the team to drive continuous improvement.
