The ideal candidate will analyze, review, and implement changes to websites so they are optimized for search engines. This candidate will be able to implement actionable strategies that will improve site visibility.


  • Responsibilities:


  • Research and back link Analysis.
  • of keywords in the top 10 positions, movement in rankings for specific high-value keywords, overall keyword position improvements.
  • the quality and quantity of backlinks.
  • of new backlinks acquired, domain authority of linking sites, diversity of link sources, number of referring domains.
  • on-page elements to improve search visibility.
  • of on-page SEO audits, number of optimized pages, improvements in meta tags, header tags, and image alt texts.
  • and optimize content to attract and retain visitors.
  • of new content pieces published, engagement metrics (time on page, bounce rate), social shares, organic traffic to new content.
  • the website is technically sound for search engines.
  • speed improvements, mobile-friendliness, resolution of crawl errors, implementation of schema markup, structured data improvements.
  • the conversion rate of organic visitors.
  • rate from organic traffic, lead generation metrics, sales from organic traffic, form submissions, downloads.
  • visibility for local searches (if applicable).
  • and react to competitors' SEO strategies.
  • competitor analysis reports, identification and analysis of competitors’ backlinks, keyword gap analysis.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • 2+ years' of technical experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Understanding of all search engines and functions as well as marketing
