Objective: As the FP&A lead you would play a crucial role in driving financial planning, analysis, and assist in strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for Annual operating plan, forecasting, financial modeling and providing insightful analysis to support business growth and profitability.


Key responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range plan.
  • Conduct variance analysis to identify key drivers of financial performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Develop standardized MIS and dashboards to enhance visibility into financial performance.
  • Perform meaningful analysis to support decision making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including category buyers, merchandisers, and supply planning to understand business drivers and effectively monitor the same.
  • Manage workload and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines effectively.


Qualifications:

  • CA with 3-4 years of relevant experience
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data.
  • Advanced excel skills (Power Query, Power Pivot)
  • Experience with Tableau would be an added advantage.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to create systems and processes than maintain the existing system.
