Technical Skills:

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a strong track record of

delivering successful products

• Deep understanding of the product discovery process, including defining

outcomes, and behaviour, gathering insights, formulating hypotheses, and

translating them into features and user stories

• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, particularly sprint-based development,

and experience working with tools like Azure DevOps for managing the

product backlog

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with

cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make datadriven decisions and adapt to changing market conditions

• Must have experience working with the CPG domain

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA

preferred


Good to Have:

• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese, as the role involves working closely with

developers based in China

• Knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain processes, which can help in

understanding the unique challenges and opportunities in the industry

• Experience with continuous delivery and rapid iteration, enabling faster

time-to-market and ongoing product optimization

• Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL and data

visualization, to derive actionable insights from user data
