The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing scalable backend systems, building secure RESTful APIs, and contributing to high-performance fintech solutions.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Node.jsBuild and manage secure RESTful APIsIntegrate and maintain payment gateways and third-party servicesEnsure compliance with fintech security standards and best practicesWork with relational and NoSQL databasesDeploy and manage backend services on cloud platformsOptimize application performance and ensure system reliabilityImplement and maintain CI/CD pipelinesHandle authentication, authorization, error handling, and debuggingCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutionsUse Git for version control and code managementRequired Skills & Qualifications:Strong proficiency in Node.js and JavaScriptMinimum 2 years of experience in the fintech domainExperience with RESTful API developmentKnowledge of payment gateway integrationsHands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databasesFamiliarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Understanding of security, authentication, and compliance standardsExperience with CI/CD tools and practicesProficiency in Git and debugging techniquesStrong problem-solving and communication skillsNice to Have:Experience with microservices architectureKnowledge of containerization tools like DockerExposure to fintech regulations and compliance frameworksInterested candidate can share CV at monika@gopaisa.in / hr@gopaisa.in
