Cloud Raptor is seeking a seasoned Mulesoft Consultant with expertise in Development and Administration



Job Title: Mulesoft Consultant


Base Location: - Bengaluru


Type: - Hybrid


Key Responsibilities:

**Onboarding new user/Projects.

• Monitor API endpoints and integrations running on MuleSoft to ensure availability, reliability, and

performance.

• Respond promptly to alerts related to API endpoints and integrations, investigate and resolve

issues as they arise.

• Take part in developing new integrations based on project team requirements.

• Develop and maintain documentation for API endpoints, integrations, and troubleshooting

procedures.

• Partner with MuleSoft lead on defining and implementing best practices for API design, security,

and performance optimization.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as software upgrades, patch management, and capacity

planning.

• Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical production issues.



Project Details

Integration Engineers Responsibilities

• Monitor API endpoints and integrations running on MuleSoft to ensure availability, reliability, and performance.

• Respond promptly to alerts related to API endpoints and integrations, investigate and resolve issues as they arise.

API endpoints, integrations, and troubleshooting procedures.

• Partner with MuleSoft lead on defining and implementing best practices for API design, security, and performance optimization.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • MuleSoft development, administration and support experience.
  • Custom Policy and Custom Experience - Mandatory
  • Jenkins and CI/CD Pipeline experience - Mandatory
  • Experience with MuleSoft AnyPoint Platform, including API Manager, Runtime Manager, and AnyPoint Studio.
  • MuleSoft certification (e.g., MuleSoft Certified Developer) is preferred but not required.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Java and/or other programming languages commonly used in MuleSoft development.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Devops experience will be a plus.
  • Mule ESB Mandatory
