Job Summary:


As a Digital Ad Sales Specialist, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities in advertising and sponsorships. Your primary focus will be on building and nurturing relationships with both existing and potential clients to ensure sustained business growth. Collaborating closely with the marketing team, you will craft compelling sales proposals and presentations tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients. Your in-depth understanding of media platforms and advertising solutions will enable you to provide valuable insights to clients and negotiate sales contracts to maximize profitability.


Key Responsibilities


• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the form of advertising and sponsorships.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure repeat business.

• Develop and present engaging sales proposals and presentations to prospective clients.

• Work closely with the marketing team to create tailored advertising solutions that meet client needs.

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry news to advise clients effectively.

• Negotiate sales contracts and agreements to maximize profits for the organization.

• Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive sales activities and closing deals.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and delivery of advertising campaigns.

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the advertising process.

• Utilize CRM systems and other sales tools to track progress and manage client interactions effectively.

• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the client base.

• Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify new revenue opportunities.

• Assist in the development and execution of creative sales strategies to drive business growth.

• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.


Required Qualifications


• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related field.

• Proven experience in media sales, advertising, or related field.

• Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.

• Strong negotiation and persuasive selling skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

• Sound understanding of media platforms and advertising solutions.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

• Customer-focused with a strong dedication to providing exceptional service.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Adaptable and open to feedback and continuous learning.

• Solid understanding of market trends and industry dynamics.

• Proven ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.

• Flexibility to travel and attend client meetings, industry events, and tradeshows as needed.

• Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills.


Must-Have:


2-5+ years of experience in Sales/ Business Development in Digital Marketing field and BFSI/Gaming industry

Excellent communication and active listening skills

Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

Has experience of new sales target


Skills: communication, negotiation, sales, market knowledge, customer service, media sales, advertising.
