Position Title: Business Analyst || P&C Insurance || International Market Experience
Location: Noida/ Faridabad/ Remote
Experience: 8+ Years
Immediate Joiners
- Business Analyst having in-depth knowledge of P&C Insurance domain with hands on exp. in policy and claims management system
- Knowledge in P&C Insurance UW and Claims is a must
- Having exposure to product life cycle management, application migration advantage.
- Understanding of Insurance business processes
- Understanding of application landscape in the Insurance business
- Ability to understand and analyze the business requirements
- Understanding of the Waterfall, Agile and scrum methodologies
- Understanding and exposure in documentation of requirement, preparing BRD, use cases, user stories etc.,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in functional testing
- Good analytical, documentation and communication skills
Must have Skill set
- Exp in UW and claims for any of the mentioned geography- US, Europe, Caribbean, Australia, Middle East
- Experience in Property Commercial LOB
- Worked in a Core insurance product in policy and claims administration
- Lead requirement gathering and solution designing of an Insurance Project as a BA
- Understanding of Insurance business processes
Good to have Skill set
- Experience in Cash Profit
- Experience in Caribbean Geography
- Experience in Reinsurance
