About Conscious Health:Founded by IIT alumni and experienced doctors, Conscious Health is re-imagining preventive healthcare for India’s busy professionals with doctor-led, personalised, science-backed solutions.Role Overview(only Bangalore based):This role blends coaching and planning. You’ll guide members week-to-week (≈60% coaching) and create high-quality, evidence-aligned nutrition plans (≈40% planning). You’ll work with our Senior Clinical Nutritionist and doctors to turn clinical goals into simple, doable actions. You will help solve complex health concerns with science-backed, actionable nutrition and behaviour strategies, tailored to each individual’s biology and lifestyle.Key Responsibilities:Conduct structured weekly check-ins that surface progress, obstacles, and context; capture clean notes and next steps.Convert clinical goals into simple, specific weekly actions across nutrition, lifestyle, and routines; sequence changes for sustainability.Track implementation against the master roadmap; reprioritise based on feedback and clinical guidance.Review evidence (guidelines, reputable summaries) to support recommendations; escalate red flags appropriately.Maintain high-quality documentation so any teammate can seamlessly continue the case.What success looks likeMembers consistently follow weekly actions and report improvements (energy, gut comfort, sleep, cravings).Plans are precise, realistic, and grounded in current guidelines.Clean documentation and timely escalations to the clinical team when needed.What We're Looking For:Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition.2–5 years in client-facing nutrition/health coaching beyond generic weight loss (PCOS, gut, metabolic, autoimmune preferred).Strong inquiry and synthesis skills; can turn messy, real-world inputs into a simple plan.Process-driven with excellent written notes and tracker hygiene.Deep understanding of nutritional science, food-as-medicine principles, and holistic care models.Strong coaching mindset—excited to work 1-on-1 with members, build trust, and create real impact.Excellent communication skills—able to simplify complex topics and inspire behavioural change.Comfortable and experienced in using AI tools.Why Join Us?Impact at Scale: Be part of building the next-generation preventive healthcare platform in India.Growth Opportunity: Work closely with founders and doctors; shape protocols and care frameworks from the ground up.Mission-Driven Work: Help individuals truly transform their health—not just with plans, but with care and clarity.Salary: 30-40K/monthJoin us at Conscious Health—let’s transform lives together
