Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while coordinating resources and stakeholders effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning:
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and schedules.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with client requirements.

2.Budget and Resource Management:

  • Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
  • Allocate and oversee labor, materials, and equipment for optimal efficiency

3.Team Leadership:

  • Lead and coordinate the project team, including site engineers, supervisors, and contractors.
  • Motivate and mentor team members to achieve project goals.

4.Stakeholder Communication:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and milestones.

5.Compliance and Safety:

  • Ensure all construction activities comply with local regulations, codes, and safety standards.
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and enforce safety protocols.

6.Problem Solving and Risk Management:

  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Resolve on-site issues and ensure project milestones are met.

7.Quality Assurance:

  • Maintain high standards of workmanship and project quality.
  • Ensure all work is completed according to plans, specifications, and client expectations.


Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in construction project management.
  • Certifications (preferred): PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent.
