Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as the Head of Enterprise Business at Litwork.in located in Bengaluru. As the Head of Enterprise Business, you will be responsible for leading and managing the enterprise business division of the company. Your day-to-day tasks will include developing and executing enterprise business strategies, building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the growth and success of the enterprise business division.


Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a revenue leadership role in enterprise business. Experience in engaging with Senior IT heads and HR heads will be a definite advantage
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth
  • Exposure to enterprise sales in assessments, HR tech and Edtech will be desirable
  • Strong understanding of the enterprise market and industry trends
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
