Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced R2R Lead with a strong emphasis on technical expertise (70%) and functional knowledge in finance modules (30%). The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our Record to Report (R2R) processes, with a specific focus on General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets (FA), Accounts Payable (AP), Project Portfolio Management (PPM), and Order to Invoice processes. This role requires extensive experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations, data migration through FBDI/ADFDI, and Fusion Reporting using BI Publisher, OTBI, FRS, Smart Views, Workflows, and Infolets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage R2R processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements.
  • Oversee and execute Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations to streamline and automate business processes.
  • Manage data migration activities using FBDI and ADFDI tools to ensure accurate and efficient data transfer.
  • Develop and maintain Fusion Reports using BI Publisher, OTBI, and FRS, providing insightful and actionable business intelligence.
  • Utilize Smart Views, Workflows, and Infolets to enhance reporting capabilities and support decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of finance modules, including GL, FA, AP, PPM, and Order to Invoice processes.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to support functional teams in the optimization of finance modules.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integrations, data migration, and reporting, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Stay updated with the latest Oracle Fusion Cloud technologies and best practices to continuously improve system performance and capabilities.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Technical Expertise (70%):
  • Extensive experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations.
  • Proficient in data migration using FBDI (File-Based Data Import) and ADFDI (Application Development Framework Desktop Integration).
  • Strong knowledge of Fusion Reporting tools, including BI Publisher, OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence), and FRS (Financial Reporting Studio).
  • Experience with Smart Views, Workflows, and Infolets to enhance reporting and process automation.
  • Functional Expertise (30%):
  • In-depth understanding of finance modules, specifically General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets (FA), Accounts Payable (AP), Project Portfolio Management (PPM), and Order to Invoice processes.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with finance and cross-functional teams to ensure integrated solutions and process improvements.
