Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a PreDCR Draftsmen at Akshaya Infra Consultants Pvt. Ltd. located in Hyderabad. The draftsmen will be responsible for creating PreDCR submission drawings as per the GHMC,HMDA and CRDA AutoDCR software requirements.
Must have knowledge in building regulations of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and PreDCR drafting software
- Understanding of architectural and engineering drawings
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Degree or certification in drafting or related field
