About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious freshly qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our finance team as an intern. This internship provides a structured pathway to develop strong financial leadership capabilities and offers the opportunity to be promoted as Finance Head for the NKP Group of Industries, which includes Chemoro Industries Limited, ALFA PUMPS, KIRA INTRILOGY, and Kira Cosmetology Private Limited.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Analysis & Reporting:
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for group companies.
  • Conduct variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Develop comprehensive financial reports to provide insights to management.
  1. Cash Flow & Treasury Management:
  • Manage cash flow across manufacturing, engineering, and cosmetic segments.
  • Coordinate with banks for trade finance, loan facilities, and working capital management.
  1. Cost Management:
  • Analyze costs for manufacturing (e.g., Chlorinated Paraffin, plastic pumps production).
  • Develop and monitor cost control strategies to maximize profitability.
  1. Compliance & Audit:
  • Ensure timely filing of statutory compliance, GST, TDS, and other financial obligations.
  • Support statutory audits and liaise with auditors for group companies.
  1. Strategic Financial Planning:
  • Assist in preparing long-term and short-term financial strategies for various group businesses.
  • Contribute to feasibility studies for new projects, including pump manufacturing and chemical plant expansions.
  1. ERP & Systems Implementation:
  • Work on ERP integration for seamless financial reporting across group companies.
  • Automate accounting processes for improved efficiency.
  1. Stakeholder Coordination:
  • Work closely with Procurement, Operations, and Marketing teams for budgeting and financial alignment.
  • Ensure timely financial inputs to leadership for decision-making.
  1. Leadership Development:
  • Take initiative to mentor junior finance staff.
  • Showcase potential to lead the finance department post-internship.
Qualifications
  • Freshly qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) (0-2 years post-qualification experience).
  • Strong understanding of financial accounting, cost management, and cash flow.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and ERP systems.

  • Leadership potential with a structured and result-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, multi-industry environment.
