Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ideal experience would be someone who oversaw training and quality for India resources in a call center organization.
  • Manage entire training program and responsible for the training of 100-200+ employees at the same time, comfortable using a Learning Management System.
  • Will execute all the management of ongoing training/assessments published by Centralized Recruiting
  • They should be able to execute all the process steps of releasing training, getting training completed, providing results in a reportable manner, etc.
